Avandrive allows a document to be opened by multiple people at once. If multiple users are editing the same document at the same time in Storage, and then save it simultaneously:

1. The first user who saves their document has their changes committed to the file saved, which then automatically gets uploaded to Avandrive servers.

2. For any other user who then saves their changes after the first user, Avandrive will automatically detect that the file has already been modified. Avandrive will then simply duplicate the file – creating a new file in your Storage folder with a name such as “Your Document (2).docx”.
